New media

In 1998, I was working in healthcare marketing in London and was working on a Methadone project. One of the findings of some market research we did was that there was no internet information. So we decided to build a website, and that was my first commercial experience of the internet.

Upon moving to Australia a year later, I set up a hotmail address to keep inn touch, and combined my nickname Nicky B, with the year 99 and nickybee99 has now become my handle for most online platfroms. I used the move to switch industry and joined Ogilvy in thier newly formed Interactive division in Australia

Digital has been my career for the last 13years and it is such an enjoyable, stimulating, innovative and effective industry to work in.

My passion for online video is really enhanced now that the NBN is here in Australia enabling cross platform, high quality delivery.
